The hotel had a luxurious and spacious room with modern facilities, such as a comfortable bed and a good shower. The outside area was inviting, and the pool area was perfect for relaxation. they offered complimentary snacks, fruits, and juices in the morning, almost like a small breakfast. The location was also a key advantage, only a short walk from the ferry and surrounded by numerous restaurants, shops, and bars. The check-in and check-out process was very easy and automated.
There were a few drawbacks to my stay. there were some issues with the staff.

the room was spacious, had a safe box, a flat-screen tv with satellite channels, and a mini-fridge-bar. the staff were very kind and welcoming and i loved the beautiful decorations in the room.
There were very hard beds.

Truly enjoyed the a double room with our bags already, wouldn't mind staying there all day. Location: the hotel was just next door to lots of amazing restaurants as well as the center of Cozumel. Also, such tourist places as Faro Celerain Ecological Reserve were minute walk from this property.

I have just returned from a really lovely stay in this fabulous boutique hotel, spacious and luxurious rooms. The property offers coffee, fresh bread, and fruit for breakfast. The location of the hotel in Cozumel is great, just next door to the center as well as lots of amazing restaurants. Also, you can go to Benito Juarez Park, located only a short distance to the venue.

Everything was perfect, incredibly nice staff made our stay lovely. There were luxurious, beautiful rooms with free toiletries and safe, as for instance. The hotel was near Mexico for 3 weeks, center, and ferry terminal thanks to its marvellous location. Furthermore, in a neighborhood.

Located right in the center of town, the hotel is in a prime location, close to the main square and just a short walk away from the ferry terminal. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, with cool decor and comfortable beds. The staff are friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout the day. Additionally, the hotel offers free coffee, tea, and pastries in the morning, making for a convenient start to the day. With a small but great pool and sunloungers, guests can also relax and enjoy the amenities.
There were occasional noise disruptions from nearby parties, particularly on weekends.
